Residential Cancellation Policy and Fees

An activation fee of $75 will be charged for all new residential customers.
Re-instatement fee of $50 will be charged for all returning residential customers.
Customers must call and speak to a customer service representative to cancel an account.
Cancellation requests from customers are effective on the last day of the month, and no refunds will be given for partial months.
Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual customers may receive a refund for unused prepaid months.
